Booths must be set up by 11:30 a.m. The festival will turn vendors away if entering festival setup area after 11:30 a.m.
All booth locations are a 10’x10’ space. Tables, tents and chairs are NOT included.
No refunds. Due to the fact that the festival must pay expenses and administrative costs in advance, we cannot give refunds due to rain or any other reason.
Be responsible for your own area for setup and cleanup. Trash cans are provided. Please use them.
All food vendors must comply with both health department and fire code regulations.
In the event of rain or other unforeseen circumstances that force a cancellation, all efforts will be made to reschedule the event for a later date.
